This all started a few years back when my wife and I were in Vegas for a golf tournament. We walked by the Sigma Derby machine at MGM and I immediately told her, 'We have to have one of these for the basement.' This was before I even put a coin in the machine. A couple years go by and I didn't think much about it, until one day I started looking online to buy one. Much to my surprise, they were $20,000+ if you could even find one.
So that's when I decided to build my own.
With little electronics, woodworking, and programming experience I embarked on this journey.
This series of videos is not a step-by-step guide on how to build a machine. I will tell you most of what you need to know, but there will be some things you will have the figure out.
