For those who might not remember as far back as 2008, Biden tried to run for president. It didn’t go so well, as evidenced by the fact that he was, you know, not elected president for that term. But it did help bolster his reputation and solidify his place on the political map with a stronger appeal to the working-class voter. Joe Biden:-Joe Biden is an American politician who served as the 47th Vice President of the United States from 2009 to 2017. A member of the Democratic Party, he represented Delaware in the U.S. Senate from 1973 to 2009.
Biden was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, in 1942, and lived there for ten years before moving with his family to Delaware.
